Just looking at Cap and their levels seems to be quite different than say somewhere like ACN - difficult to compare. What is the usual career progression timewise and 'normalised' level equivalent for comparison to other consultancies? Also, anyone have an idea of a pay range for the levels? Are they competitive, not competitive, do they negotiate at all? Now, you funny little man.

We need you to answer some further questions. Firstly, WTF is "Cap"? Are we talking "Cap Gem" or "Cap Co"? What part of that don't you understand? No need for jobhunter to answer your questions, the answers are already there. ACN way better brand and find it way easier to get work - which is critical to your success as if you find yourself on the bench at CG your career there will be shortlived.

For the Cap levels, I thought those were kind of right but I am sure they'll play the usual cards. Lowest "partner" level 4 point something at accenture starts at about k.

Further up and base salary becomes much less relevant, as the incentives relate to engagement delivery targets and your slice of the sales pie.

T8 Manager - this is the internal manager grade in TS although T7 might be a team lead etc but real manager is T8. I am not being told grades and being told l am Manager at level. I got a base pay of k USD and 10k signing bonus. But I find it so odd that my role is Senior Apps Consultant. I don't understand what local grade of Manger means. Does this salary and bonus seem along the line of Manager?

Who cares what the title is. If the pay is right, I couldn't care less if my job title were toilet cleaner. Yeah but the end goal is to make make partner one day and I really don't want to loose time trying to achieve my goal. Being a partner is a chore. Yes you have power - of sorts - but you also get the stress that goes with that.
